The ceiling toilet light was out, made the
Bathroom rather dark. While this was a minor inconvenience, it was disappointing to see that housekeeping didn't address it throughout my five-night stay. The free breakfast was a nice touch, with a popular waffle machine, but it could have been cleaner.

Breakfast had great variety and staff was friendly accommodating requests on check-in and late check-out. The room had ample space and was very comfortable.
The parking situation was tight during peak times which caused some inconvenience. Housekeeping seemed lacking as we found some cleanliness issues upon arrival.

It was very relaxing time in Markham. The breakfast was sensational - lots of dishes. All the staff was accommodating and efficient, fixed my issues. The location was best possible, close enough to Toronto and the airport and malls. I had lunch in Too Hot Hotpot, located nearby.

Breakfast had great variety and was nicely prepared each morning.
I experienced several issues with the staff . They seemed overwhelmed and were often unhelpful when I requested extra towels. The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, disappointing given the hotel's standards.

The King Studio Suite was super comfy with a spacious bathroom! Check-in was easy, and I loved the varied breakfast options every morning. Only downside? Some staff seemed a bit off in their responses, but overall, a solid stay in Markham!

Fairly clean hotel in an extremely clean building short walk to downtown as well as malls and several restaurants. Favourable and unbeatable location in a good area with lots to chose from for dinner, excellent facilities. Nothing too much trouble, really really nice stay on vacation.
